APPOINTMENT FORM TATTOO

We ask you to take the following into account when you come to us for an appointment:

  • Please bring your ID!
  • Payment tattoo is cash only;
  • Do not bring children to your appointment;
  • Make sure you wash the area where you want to be tattooed well with soap;
  • Eat enough in advance, do not come to your appointment on an empty stomach;
  • Make sure you are sufficiently rested;
  • Do not come to your appointment under the influence of alcohol or drugs; we will not help you!
  • If you have a skin disease or are on medication, we would like to know IN ADVANCE;
  • If you want to cancel an appointment, it is important to do this 48 hours in advance. If you cancel later, we will charge you for the down payment already made. The down payment must be collected within 3 months when canceling the appointment, otherwise it will expire;
  • We are not liable for ink stains on clothing. Therefore, never wear new clothes at your appointment;
  • We are not responsible / liable for spelling mistakes in your tattoo if you have text placed! Always check the spelling yourself before the tattoo is placed.
